A Criminal Justice degree provides a solid foundation for the growing number of careers for law enforcement, probation and parole, corrections, security services, and criminal investigation.
For those who wish to enter the labor market upon completion of the criminal justice program, Ä¢¹½tv¹ÙÍø provides excellent preparation for careers in law enforcement, criminal investigation, corrections, and probation, and parole.
Internships with local, state and national criminal justice agencies are available to qualified majors providing specific preparation for future employment.
Criminal justice students who wish to pursue further education in criminal justice, the program offers advanced standing in the Ä¢¹½tv¹ÙÍø graduate program in Criminal Justice, permitting qualified students to complete a master's degree in Criminal Justice in their fifth year of study at the University.

Students can complete their bachelor's degree while training at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy. They will earn 30 undergraduate credits upon successful completion and can apply these credits directly toward the Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
To be eligible, students must:
-Be enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice program at Ä¢¹½tv¹ÙÍø
-Have completed at least 90 undergraduate credits before applying to the Academy
-Be at least 20 years of age at the time of Academy application
-Meet all Pennsylvania State Police Academy admission requirements
-Successfully complete the Pennsylvania State Police Academy
